Kimchi Ramen has soft and chewy noodles, with taste of well fermented (“binuro”) kimchi, and the soup with various seasonings
It takes just like kimchi stew as traditional food in Korea.

Cooking - Add Noodle and the soup base into 550ml of Boiling water and simmer for 4-5 mins.  You may sprinkle leeks or green onions, add your favorite vegetables, or kimchi for enhanced spiciness and texture. May include as a side dish in Korean BBQ.
